2. Condition for Returns: New & Unused
To maintain the integrity of our luxury brand and protect our customers, all returned items must meet the following strict criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine, new condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals still attached.

Important Inspection Note: If, upon inspection, we determine that the apparel has been worn (e.g., traces of fur, wear, or washing), the jewelry has been used, or the item is no longer in its original new condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
3. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items: Our Guarantee
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we guarantee a swift, hassle-free resolution:

To protect the integrity of our inventory and for hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Pet Wellness & Nutrition Items: Pet Foods, Supplements, and Medicated Items (Due to health and safety regulations).

5. Refunds
